What time does the doubt start for you?

Most days you wake up ready to take on the world. You’re well rested. You’re nourished by healthy nutrition.

You even gave yourself an endorphin boost through some exercise. And now you’re riding that post-workout bliss.

Yet, as you go into your day, you somehow lose track. Your energy slumps. You start feeling ornery.

You allow your circumstances to dictate your thoughts. Your mind tricks you into believing rubbish again.

In short, you start doubting. Confidence makes way for doubt.

At this moment, you risk losing your positive momentum. If you let it slide, you’ll start feeling contracted, nervous and anxious.

You should be feeling passionate and acting with eagerness. Yet, now you start entertaining defeatist thoughts. Your mind turns to instant gratification.

You think about an unhealthy dinner and a glass of wine. Or watching some mind-numbing television series.

All thoughts of positive, aligned action is gone.

If you act at the very first sign of negativity, you can save the rest of your day. This will help you keep or even boost your progress, and finish on a high.

The Minimalist Guide to Aligned Action

I’m a great believer in alignment. We need to focus on thoughts that are in alignment with Divine Truth.

Your Non-Physical Source has a certain perspective. It has a certain focus about your life, your potential and where you’re headed.

This is what I’m referring to when I write Divine Truth. (Feel free to replace the word Source with whatever makes the most sense to you, be it Soul / God / Spirit / Higher Self / Inner Being.).

Here’s how it works:

  • You focus on thoughts that are in alignment with your Divine Truth.
  • As a result, you feel positive emotions as evidence of this aligned thinking. These feelings included eagerness, excitement, and happiness.
  • As a result of this, you take aligned action. You put in the work required.

Aligned action is action taken from a place of excitement, eagerness, and passion. And aligned action is the key that makes the magic happen.

But to get to aligned action, we need to manage our thoughts.

At the first sign of negative emotion, know that your focus has gone astray. Take charge immediately. Shift your focus to empowering thoughts to get back into alignment.

Below you’ll find some blissful truths ideal for you to focus on. A regular focus on these will yield almost immediate improvements in the way you feel. And aligned action will come as a result.

1. There’s No Need to Pray for Things You Don’t Want

You never need to worry. In fact, do everything you can to avoid worrying.

Yes, it is up to you.

People hear this type of advice all the time, but their lives are still riddled with worrying and anxiety.

The next time you feel worry setting in, give yourself a pep talk.

Say the following:

“Worrying paralyzes me. It takes me further away from my full potential. It keeps me from everything I want. So, I refuse to feel worried. I choose faith. Faith in myself and in this marvelous, benevolent Universe. All is well. All will be well.”

Even in the face of the worst imaginable outcome, worrying won’t help you one little bit.

2. Nothing Can Ever Go Wrong

“Your journey matters, and you can’t go wrong, because everything and anything you choose to do or experience adds to the expansion of creation in a new way. You are the cutting edge. You are consciousness exploring more of its infinite potential. You are where God wants to be.” — Bentinho Massaro

If you were operating from your truest Identity, you would know that all is well. All has always been well. And all will end well.

You are a beautiful expression of the Energy behind all creation. And you are exactly where you need to be. Reminding yourself of this will make you feel freedom and empowerment.

3. You Have an Easy–to–Use Superpower

How to use your superpower:

  • Sit down for a few moments.
  • List things you already have that you appreciate. Write these down or type them on your phone.
  • Do this until you feel the vibration of appreciation inside your body.
  • Consider the wonderful buzzing of appreciation in your body as evidence of alignment.

Thoughts of appreciation are in very close alignment with your Source. Appreciation is a simple, proven shortcut to mental and emotional alignment.

No thought spent on appreciation is ever wasted. And every time you’re appreciating, you’re moving closer to everything you’ve ever wanted.

4. There’s a Very Important Audience Cheering You On

At times you might think that you’re separate or alone in this life. But that’s not the case. Your Source is watching you with keen interest.

Your Source knows what you’re capable of. It knows that you can achieve everything you’re trying to achieve. And It is hoping that you’ll actually achieve it.

Of course, there’s no guarantee.

Your Source supports you all the way, but won’t hand you your dream life and ultimate potential on a plate.

Where’s the fun in that?

Realize that you have the support of All–That–Ever–Matters, so breathe, trust, and dance your heart out.

5. You Deserve the Very Best in Life

You’re loved and valuable. You’re bountiful. You’re on this planet to experience life.

You’re here to bathe in all the marvelous experiences this journey offers. And to enjoy every moment.

There’s no reason for you to not experience the very best this life-experience has to offer. Stop cutting yourself off from Goodness with thoughts to the contrary.

6. Anything You Can Desire, You Can Achieve

You’re very powerful. They’re not lying: You can be, do or have whatever you want.

No matter how large or out of reach your dreams seem. They wouldn’t be your dreams if they were not possible.

Think the right thoughts. Confirm that you’re thinking the right thoughts by feeling emotions that feel good. These confirm your positive alignment.

Then all that remains is to take passionate action. If the action also makes you feel enjoyment, excitement and bliss, you’re well on your way.

7. There’s a Critical Calling on Your Life

“You are here to enable the divine purpose of the Universe to unfold. That is how important you are.” — Eckhart Tolle

The highest expressions of life force are Love and Light. And you’re called to bring this world more of both.

This is the highest possible calling. And it is your calling.

Imagine what this world will look like if people started to accept this calling. If everyone started spreading Love and Light, what would our world look like one month from today?

Remember how important you are. Take your calling serious. Your life matters.

8. Your Guide is With You — Always

You have access to Infinite Intelligence all day long, every day. Quiet your mind. Listen to your intuition.

And you’ll receive guidance from your Soul — from your Source.

Isn’t this a comforting thought?

And here you were, all stressed out, thinking that you’re alone in all this. Tsk tsk.

It’s time to cut that out!

9. True Peace is Only Ever a Breath Away

“Just breathe. You are strong enough to handle your challenges, wise enough to find a solution to your problems, and capable enough to do whatever needs to be done.” — Lori Deschene

You can always reconnect to the peace of your Source. And it’s a simple task.

Breathe.

If all your attempts at good-feeling thoughts fail, stop. Breathe.

As simple as that.

Breathe. And when a thought tries to distract your awareness, return your focus to your breath. You will feel “the peace of God, which passes all understanding” in a few short moments.

You will now transcend the playground of creation and thought. You will access the higher realm of Oneness with Being.

And here you are free of thought, free of all negativity. Negativity is not even possible here.

Consider it as you taking a pit stop.

Also, consider taking a nap. There’s nothing wrong with a good nap in an attempt to cure a bad mood. When you wake up you’ll be ready to fire on all cylinders again.

10. You’re NOT a Victim

You’re doing this. All around you. Everything you see.

You’re creating it. You have never received anything. You’re creating your own reality.

Feel into this. You’re not walking around in a strange Universe where things — good or bad — happen to you. You’re not creating a life inside a large Universal Playground.

No, you are the Creator of the Universe. You’re that Powerful.

Know this. Feel this. Act in alignment with this.

11. Your Only Priority is to Have Fun

One way to ensure that you are on the right track is to ensure that you’re having fun.

If you can find a reason to feel good now, you are on track. Do this in every moment. And when you get tired, take a break as described in Step 9 above.

This will ensure that you feel enjoyment and excitement. Aligned action will flow as you tackle your work.

You will stay on the right course.

And by resonating with joy, you attract and activate the next step for even higher joy in the next moment.

So, choose the task that makes you feel the bliss. And have fun.

Make it Rain, Baby

Many people think that action is not an important part of the process of manifestation. They hear about the prime importance of your focus and so disregard action.

Aligned action is a great part of the process of manifesting a better reality.

Yes, it comes as a result of your focus and your positive, creative thought. But that doesn’t mean that no action is necessary. Action is always necessary to bring about your potential and your dream life.

Every major desire that I’ve manifested involved decisive, aligned action.

And I expect it will be no different for you.

So, next time you find yourself in an emotional slump due to an unhealthy mental focus, revisit this list. Shift your focus to these blissful truths, and feel your vibration rise.

But don’t stop there. Channel every ounce of positive energy into aligned action. Do those things that fuel your excitement, eagerness, and passion.

Work towards your ultimate potential. Chase your dreams.

You’re a powerful Creator. You can be, do or have whatever you want.

Never forget this.

You are the Rainmaker.
